I'm sorry, I'm still crying, but please go ahead and ask me if you want my my family members' uh kidneys for fun.

0:25

So if I already have it on my card, do they still call and ask? Because I thought they just assumed they're like, up, [expletive]. Don't even try to save this guy. [expletive] cut him open like a tauntaun and let's start ripping [expletive] out.

0:37

Adventure. Hot warming stories. Role-playing that could only be seen by the gods. Here at Nat OnePresent, you get all that and more. Now join us as we start another epic tale of conflict.

0:54

Just kidding. This is Nat OnePresent, a tabletop role-playing game podcast that takes your favorite nerdy games and pop culture icons and ruins them with improv. Hello and welcome to Nat One the Podcast. Today we have a special episode of I Call Shenanigans. First of all, where is Nate? Um, due to unforeseen circumstances, Nate cannot be here today. So instead, we have basically a cloned version of him in female form. Would you like to introduce yourself?

1:24

Hello, my name is Stephanie. Nice to meet you. What's up?

1:28

Uh Stephanie is here today because Nate has better things to do, he said. So we're gonna move along with this special Nat One Presents I call shenanigans. But before we get started, I just want to say thank you to all the patrons out there who are giving us the dollar. And for those of you, it doesn't matter on the Patreon right now because you're already paying the dollar to see the video. But if you could see the video, you could see our beautiful business cards on the table. Look at that. [expletive] beautiful.

1:55

Wow.

1:56

I know you're impressed. The stranger sitting next to me is impressed. And um, so thank you for your support on Patreon and for understanding that it is just a dollar. Um, what else do we got? Uh Chinese New Year's coming up. Uh, what's your um Chinese animal sign thingy deal?

2:14

I am an ox.

2:15

So what's that mean though?

2:17

I think it means I'm stubborn.

2:19

Okay.

2:20

That makes sense because oxes are stubborn. I've never really dealt with an ox or anything. So I I'm a dragon, and I'm sure nobody on earth has ever dealt with a dragon, so I don't know where they're coming up with this stuff.

2:32

Well, I mean, like Kanye says, that dragon energy.

2:38

I get that. I get that. Okay, so let's move along. Now, before Nate left us, because he basically runs the show, and I just make funny voices and look handsome on the camera, which those of you listening to the podcast should really pay that dollar to see me on camera. It's worth the dollar, I'd say. He left us a things, a list of things to do, and we're gonna go through that in our episode of I Call Shenanigans. Now, first things first, we're gonna talk about the lack of realism in movies. Now, the first thing I brought up to this was fight scenes in movies. We've all seen it. There's one hero and probably 652 bad guys, and they all take turns fighting the hero. Like, and you see it and it's awful.

2:38

Last movie I watched was uh, what was the Harley Quinn movie, the birds of prey one? And you like you see them in the background, like shaking their shoulders, like getting ready, like, oh, as soon as that guy gets his ass kicked, I'm gonna jump in there and kick her ass this time, you know? Like something different's gonna happen for me because I'm gonna wait my turn. And then, like, some in the real bad movies you see him stumble a little bit too. Like, one guy's like, Oh, is it my turn? He jumps in, but another guy jumps in, he's like, Oh, I better hold back, you know. Like, what how do you you see that, right? Like, you see it in movies.

2:38

Like, how does that make you feel instantly as soon as you see it? Because me, it like boils me with anger, and it's just not realistic, and I don't appreciate it, and I call shenanigans.

4:00

I think that it's I I mean, honestly, I have no way to justify it other than maybe it's just too much action, it's just too much for one thing.

4:09

Like, uh, so like this henchman like signed up on his job. He's like, Hey man, it's an easy gig. All you gotta do is follow this guy around, nothing really happens, you know, and then all of a sudden, like [expletive] Kill Bill Lady shows up, the bride, and like, yeah, kills everybody. Like, I mean, I didn't sign up for this, right?

4:25

Yes, I love that. Okay, that's a good example.

4:28

Okay, I could see that.

4:29

Like, he's like, Oh man, okay, but the lights turn off, and then you know, right.

4:33

I can see that totally. Like, uh, like, oh okay, I'm gonna hold back because maybe that guy's gonna get her, and then I really don't have to do anything.

4:41

Respect the drip, let him do it.

4:42

Yeah, I get that. And then but it happens in every single action movie, like you see it all the time. You think they would come up with something better. I think it originally started with um the Frank Dukes. Do you know that whole story?

4:54

No, okay.

4:55

So the Frank Dukes thing, he was the guy in Bloodsport. Have you seen that with John Claude Bandale? Well, Jesus [expletive] Christ, Nate. Who you bringing me on this show? Okay, so Bloodsport, the action movie, was supposed to be a real life kind of take on the kumite overseas, but then it came to find out Frank Dukes was a total sham and he made all that [expletive] up. You know what I'm talking? Your man knows what I'm talking about.

From 5:00

5:22

He knows more than that.

5:23

You know what? Switch places.

5:24

You want to switch? All right, come in.

5:27

So he made all this [expletive] up, and then but people believed it, and I think he started this whole choreography thing of like, okay, one at a time, because that's how I fight one guy at a time, and then like apparently nobody's thought to change it yet.

5:40

Because that doesn't happen in real life, right?

5:42

I've seen fights in real life, and it's always like if it is six dudes against one guy, that one guy's going down, and he's going down fast, and then everybody's taking turns river dancing on his [expletive] face, and it's not enjoyable, it's not fun to watch, like an action movie's like, ooh, I feel bad. Like, I would jump in, but I don't want those six guys.

5:59

Well, maybe that's how they feel. Maybe they're like, I don't want to jump in because I'll get my ass kicked too. Um, and then they decide they're like, Okay, I guess he's out, so I will jump in.

6:07

Oh, okay, that makes sense, right? Because the only other thing I could think about was like, okay, I'm gonna jump in and swing a punch, but I don't want to hit my friend, you know? Like, but then do they really care that much?

6:18

They don't want to hit my friend. Are they really friends if they're henchmen coworkers?

6:21

They work together day and night. It could happen.

6:26

Not everyone that works together is friends.

6:29

Ain't that the truth?

6:31

It do happen.

6:32

Kyle knows. Um he's watching this, I'm sure. Okay, so I think I've exhausted myself on this. Oh, yeah. So let's talk about uh the scene you brought up. What or what you wanted to bring to our lack of realism in movieslash television.

6:49

Death in movies um and TV versus reality. So if you watch movies and you see TV, whatever, you're like, okay, this person died, and that that's it. Like next you see like the funeral. There's there's no in between, really, unless it's like CSI or something. Right. You know, like that's the autopsy stuff. Right.

7:08

The guy's gotta put on his glasses and [expletive].

7:09

But like the family, you just see them like, oh, they're dead, and now the family's at the funeral crying. Like nothing else really has like been shown.

7:17

Right.

7:18

Nobody talks about like, yeah, somebody's gotta come pick up that dead body. Then somebody has to say, Oh, it was like natural death or not a natural death. They take that body to a morgue, and then you have to pay to get everything taken care of. Nobody talks about how expensive it is either. Like in movies, it's like this lavish funeral, and they're all like dressed and somber.

7:37

How expensive is it? I've never had to bury anybody.

7:39

Well, uh, a cremation is I paid like $2,500 to have someone cremated.

7:48

That's crazy expensive.

7:49

Yeah. So can you do it?

7:51

Can you do that yourself though, in like your backyard or something? Like you build a little like fire pit and lay them over. Now, I tell my wife all the time that I want to be buried Viking style. Do you know the legality issues on that? Like, can she just build me a wooden raft, throw me on the raft, hire an archer? Is it really illegal? It doesn't seem like it should be illegal. Like the archer has a fire arrow and shoots it through the air.

8:13

That's how my husband has his for um when he dies.

8:17

See, what do we have to do? What documents do I need to do? We're gonna take this on a little bit of a tangent. If you at home want to be buried Viking style, then uh Steph here has everything you need to know. Oh, my dog to tell you all the ups and downs and legalities for it.

8:31

It's very not legal. Uh you have to do like a lot of stuff, right? Yeah, like it's he's shaking said yes.

8:38

Well, we're gonna talk after the show and I'm gonna get this figured out because that's how I want to go out.

8:41

Make a tweet about it. You'll explain. I don't do that.

8:44

Nate does that.

8:44

Oh, Nate, wherever you are, I can't be trusted.

8:48

I can't be trusted on the social medias by myself. Nate will not allow that yet. Oh keeps me on short leash because you don't know what I'm gonna do.

8:56–9:01

[Editorial omission.]

9:01

I get that.

9:02

I wish that was the problem.

9:04

Okay, so like maybe like movies gloss that over because like it's such a hard time dealing with that. Like someone you know or care about died, and like you're kind of not in the right mindset, you know, unless you're like a weirdo.

9:16

No, that's no. But see, the thing is is that you if you okay, first of all, I can tell you were getting worked up.

9:23

Yeah, like the rage is building.

9:24

Because when it happens, you don't know anything, and then you're like at the mercy of like the funeral homes and everyone else around you, you're at the mercy of not knowing your options and choices, and then no one ever tells you your loved one just died. How about three hours later you get a call from an organ donation facility if you want to or like donate their organs? Like, I'm sorry, I'm still crying, but please go ahead and ask me if you want my my family members' uh kidneys for fun.

9:55

So if I already have it on my card, do they still call and ask? Because I I thought they just assumed they're like, oh, but don't even try to save this guy. [expletive] cut him open like a tauntaun and let's start ripping [expletive] out.

From 10:00

10:06

I think they have to ask your family.

10:08

Oh, even if you have it on your card, pretty sure. These are facts.

10:12

Facts are I mean, I didn't say facts, it's a pretty shirt.

10:14

Nope, guaranteed Steph just gets locked it in.

10:17

Facts 100%, don't check them. You're welcome. Yeah, nobody tells you, right? So you're just like, what the [expletive] is going on?

10:27

Do you feel like funeral homes? Because they're like always creepy and stuff from mortuaries and things like that that take care of the dead bodies. Do you think they like prey on these people and like rake them over the coals? And like, is that what you're really saying here? Is that they're out there robbing people? Yes. No, but you heard it here first, folks.

10:42

It depends. Like the experience I had, they were like nice, but everyone in that town knows each other. Oh so it's like I get that. I knew your great Grammy and your pea paw. It's like I knew all them people, so I'm so sorry for your loss.

10:57

Right.

10:57

But then also, here's a bill for $2,500.

11:01

Oh you know what I mean?

11:02

So it's like me, but sometimes they text you and it's nice. The dead body? No, nobody, no, the funeral home. Oh, okay. Yeah, sorry uh sorry. My eyes starting to twitch. Don't worry about it. Oh my god, sorry. No, the funeral home. They're like, are you doing okay this holiday season? Here's some resources. Like they're it just depends.

11:28

Or is it like an automated response? No, it's like a real person because like a random phone number. From your like from a small town, so they know you.

11:35

But maybe in like but like right now, like people probably like with COVID and like the pandemic, they're probably like, what the [expletive]? I don't know any of this. Right. So I feel like people would benefit from knowing the hard truth versus like glossing over it. I get that. And that's what like I think.

11:50

No, I totally get that. And to add to yours of things they don't talk about, did you know if a person is too fat that they can't burn them in the charge you more? That's crazy to me. So stay fit out there, folks. Like, you don't want to be charged your loved ones to be charged more just to be cremated, you know, and then you have to dig a bigger hole if you just want to be put into the ground.

12:09

In a bigger casket.

12:10

Yeah, it's nonstopper, right? You have to get the XXL. Nobody wants to pay for the XXL of mahogany. Yeah, yeah, it's too much. You know, God, I totally get that.

12:18

That's why I'm I I keep asking my husband, like, should we should we find like a burial a burial plot now? Should we do that and save our children?

12:27

There's something like so relaxing about going to the cemetery though, and like, isn't it nice? No, relaxing. I really like it.

12:34

Spooky [expletive].

12:35

No my god, no, it's like nice and quiet, you know. Like, we went with uh my mother-in-law, she wanted to go buy a plot. No, she wanted to go buy a plot, and I was like, usually I don't like to go shopping, but for that I was like, sign me up today. Like, let's go check it out. We went like two different graveyards, and it was really nice, and I loved it. That was the best day shopping with my mother-in-law. Do you she doesn't watch this show? It's fine.

12:56

So, is that like a thing with your mother-in-law? Is are you a little resentful or no?

13:00

I just want fun. I wanted to be helpful and it was fun, you know? So like keep this going though, because I can get really dark. Have you ever seen a dead body?

13:10

Yes, I have.

13:11

It's the craziest thing, right?

13:13

It's not enjoyable now.

13:15

Well, when I did it, it wasn't anybody I knew. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like he electrocuted himself and like it caught a big old fire and stuff, so we had to go out there and show up. And he looked like a mannequin, and it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen in my life.

13:27

They don't look like the they don't look like people, right?

13:28

No. I don't know. Do you think like TV desensitizes you from like stuff like that? Like, do you think like if I saw an electrocuted body in the 1600s, I'd be like, it's a witch, and then like it would scar me for life? Or like because I've seen so much random [expletive] from all the stuff that were forced into our eyeballs and into our brains, like the like calmed it down for me.

13:46

I feel like that depends. Like, if you're like somewhat like a social worker and or a case manager, and you went to like check on like one of your people, and you go to their front door and you see their windows are like engulfed with flies, and you're like, Oh [expletive], and then you open the door and like they're decayed. I think like nobody's prepared for that.

14:03

Like, is it just the smell you think? Because I think the smell, like, I don't do a smell.

14:07

Probably a lot. You think there's a lot of flies, and you can't imagine it's good on the eyes.

14:11

I know this is another tangent, but would you ever buy a haunted house?

14:15

No, I don't I don't let so here's the thing. If I hear any sort of paranormal things in the house, I say, if you ain't paying rent, you can get out.

14:24

Okay, I get that.

14:25

That's the thing. Like, you I'm not gonna house some free spirit. Like, come on.

14:29

No, I can see that. Right?

14:31

Like, why am I gonna pay for some ghost to turn my lights on and off?

14:34

What if he's helpful though, in some way, like all of a sudden, like you're minding your own business, like washing your hair in the shower, and then all of a sudden in the mirror, you see like next week's winning lotto numbers, like side in there.

14:43

So that's different. They are paying then, they're contributing.

14:46

Oh, okay, that's a good point. Yeah, so just not a freeloader ghost.

14:48

Yeah, no, no freeloaders, no like leaking black sludge from the ceiling, none of that.

14:53

Okay, I get that. Okay, I think we've stayed on this for way too long. Like, mate's actually behind the camera, everybody, and he's giving me the eyeballs, like [expletive] move it along, move it along. He's not liking what he's seeing.

From 15:00

15:04

Yeah, sorry.

15:05

So we'll move on to the next uh subject, which is like I talk about like the desensitized thing. We can like roll into that, like uh things the internet has killed, and everything's so instant in now, and like you don't even need real friends anymore. So, like one of the things that I miss are like real arcades. So, even me being born in '88, like the arcade era was really dying by that time, by the time it got to the 90s. But still in my little small dinky town that I was born in, or not born, but grew up in, uh, we still had arcades in every single casino. And yeah, yes, and my parents had a casino problem. Mom and dad, I know you're watching, and we all know it's true.

15:05

Um, so like they would go gamble and then we'd go upstairs or whatever to the arcade, and then I would burn through probably like 20 bucks in no time.

15:55

You had money?

15:55

They gave you money, yes, so they could gamble. I know. Now the kicker is after that, I would run out and then I'd go down there and bother them, and they're like, Well, too bad. Get back up there and deal with it. So I started opening the door for the elderly people as they're coming in and out, and it was back before like all the machines were those dollars or the little voucher things, like they still had buckets of quarters, and they were like, Oh, here you go, Sonny. Like, give me a handful of quarters. I'm like, Oh [expletive] yeah, put it in my pocket, and then I just open closed doors for old people. Yeah, but no, as being a gentleman, Steph, you don't get it.

15:55

You don't know what it's like being a gentleman.

16:26

Scamming gentleman.

16:28

But so the real I miss that arcade. Like, uh, I have a nine-year-old son, he is uh a nerd by all means, and I love him, and he's super handsome. But he is a nerd, and he wishes, like, because we just got done watching a movie called The Wizard. Have you seen that one? It's uh 89, I think it was made in. No. Well, like he takes his brother and then they go on like an excursion through the United States and they end up in California at a video game tournament. But on the way, they're like training in arcades, and like they're scamming people, like, hey, I bet my six-year-old brother can beat you at this game, you know. And it's all like the super cool graphics and everything.

16:28

It's like Pong, like boop, boop, boop, boop, and he's like crushing people, you know, and then they take their money. But Corbin loved that movie so much, and he's like, I want to go to arcade, and now it's become a thing where like I have to go out of my way to try to find an arcade. I think there's one at the mall, but with the way things are going, but that's so far away from where I live. Like, I want an arcade down the street from where I live. I live in BFE, it doesn't make sense.

16:28

But I I miss that kind of thing because I think the internet's killing that, like to get your like your your social need from other people and everything, like you don't need to uh actually communicate with people anymore. Like you can just throw in a headset and be like, hey, I have real friends. Like, but you don't know if that's your real friend. That could you could be like, hey, that's my friend Tom, when actually it's like a big old lady, you know, named Becky, and she'll never tell you that. And then like you acquire a friendship and all this stuff, and she doesn't want to tell you who she really is. She's catfishing you. That's my biggest fear in life. Like, what if I get catfished?

16:28

Is that what you think about all the time when we talk about this subject right here? My uh I know you're new and we just met, but like my brain works like a um radio station dial, but it never stops spinning. You just spinning and cycling through channels, and that's how I work. So I think this really equates to I am afraid of being catfished. Thoughts. Well, have you ever been catfished?

18:21

Have I? Have you? Have I? I don't think so, but I wouldn't know.

18:29

Oh my god, it just got deep. It got deep.

18:31

I don't think I have.

18:32

You don't know.

18:33

At least not memorably anyway.

18:34

Oh, okay.

18:35

Yeah, it wasn't like 400 pound Becky pretending to be Dale or something.

18:39

I get that.

18:39

Yeah.

18:41

So we'll we'll we'll move on from my arcades.

18:47

Wait, but I I like that though. I am. And do you like that? You think we should come back? Yeah.

18:51

Yeah, I mean, like not as Dave and Buster-y, more like traditional arcade, like you see in all the 80s movies, like there's the fat guy with the mullet, you know, and the diet coke sitting there, right? I'm gonna get it.

19:04

Like, I'm playing the next game, and they're like, right?

19:07

That was like one of my favorite episodes of Bob Burgers, the one where they're in the arcade and he's high on pain pills all the time, and he's got the hand things on, and he's paying the burger boss. Like, that was one of my favorite episodes. That's crazy. I watch that all the time.

19:19

Okay.

19:21

Okay, so now you brought up for things the internet has killed.

19:26

Yeah. I think that like people talk about this already, so it's not that it's not that crazy or new, or anything by like arcades. But um, YouTube and streaming services killing cable. What about the old people? You know, like like older people have cable.

19:42

Do they still?

19:43

I mean, old people that I know, like the old like older people.

19:46

Do you like spend time with the old folks home and stuff?

19:48

I should. You really should. You're a terrible human being.

19:51

You should really get out there.

19:52

I know, you should too. How dare you? How dare you? How dare you? No, I mean, like, think about it. So we have like YouTube and we have like Hulu, Netflix, all these like streaming services. But like, my fond memories are sitting with my grandma watching like Wheel of Fortune at nine o'clock at night. And like, like, what else? Um, what is what is Price is Right. Yes, in the morning, Price is right.

From 20:00

20:15

Like, like you stay home sick from school and like Price is Right is on. You're like, ooh, like I bet I could be on this show someday.

20:20

Yeah, and I the other day I saw a commercial for Dancing with the Stars on like whatever cable.

20:25

Oh, yeah, old people eat that [expletive] out.

20:27

Yeah, but it's good for them. I can't you think that's good because if they're in a home or they're alone, right? They have that noise. Ooh.

20:35

Like people are like, right, they're not alone.

20:37

Their grandkids never call them.

20:40

Wow. Now I feel really bad. Like I feel like I should call them.

20:44

If you feel bad, that's on you. I mean, I never said anyone specifically, I just think they're brand new. You know, like I I think it's it's important right now, especially too.

20:53

Like these times are so long. Right. They need the the prices right. And they need and they can't even watch Jeopardy anymore.

21:01

Good morning today, whatever it is. They're morning shows, the news.

21:04

Wait, with like Al Roker? Wait, it's been so long since I watched cable TV. I don't even know who's on these shows anymore.

21:09

There's this they're the same people. Are you sure? They're like the different names, but they're really the same people.

21:14

Like Regis Filman's still alive, but he just like changed his identity.

21:17

Yeah, it's just the younger version. Right. They switched out bodies. Right, yeah.

21:20

Bee Just Killman, and they're like, oh yeah, it looks just like him.

21:23

Yeah, exactly. The voice is very similar. They don't know.

21:26

I get that.

21:27

They just see the color in their lips.

21:28

No, I get that.

21:28

Yeah.

21:29

I think that is something you miss out because like now it's so like direct, you know, like, oh, I want to watch this. Boom, instant gratification, right? But back in the day, like I wanted to watch Eureka's Castle, and my grandma would make me a baloney sandwich when I stayed home from school, you know? And then, like, so I have to sit there and watch through all the commercials, and then they're slinging [expletive] on Nickelodeon, all the things that I want. And they're like, look at this gap, wow. And then like look at this wacky weaving flavor, warm flaving two man, you know.

21:52

And then Stimpy on it too.

21:53

Right. And then now you gotta sit through all that. And now I got a list now of all the [expletive] things that I want to buy, and nobody's gonna buy them for me. And then, but then we got back to Eureka's castle and it was awesome. I forgot about that.

22:03

Yeah. See, it's good times. That is good memories.

22:06

But do you think that's where it should stay as memories? Like everything's like pushing forward. Like, do you want to hold back?

22:12

No, I love my streaming services. I'm just sad for old people.

22:17

Oh, I get that.

22:18

You know, like because they're paying so much for it, too.

22:21

Are they?

22:22

Isn't it? Like it's really expensive like $250 plus channels.

22:26

Don't you think these people are just like they don't even have bunny ears anymore? Like, that's not even a real thing. But like, do you think they're just watching the free TV? What's on the free TV? Like Spanish soap operas, like podcasts.

22:35

It's only like two channels, yeah. Like usually like one channel is just ads.

22:39

Ooh, I bet they love that. The infomercial ads?

22:41

Yeah, maybe that's their they don't have no money.

22:43

Like, have you ever seen uh Requiem for a Dream? I think it's called.

22:46

Maybe.

22:47

Um it's the one with uh what's his name, Jared Leto, and he gets his arm cut off because he's addicted to age. No, and then oh, okay. So in that one, his mom he leaves her alone. And it's like it goes to what you're talking about. He leaves her alone, you know, and like he goes and does his drugs or whatever. And then she like is like, oh my god, I'm getting fat. So she signs up for these fat burning pills, and it turns out they're like bad hallucinogens and they're like [expletive] up with her brain. Now I have no idea what they are, but they're messing up her brain.

22:47

At one point, the fridge starts talking to her and everything, and she's like losing her mind, and she's like watching the TV and thinks she's on the TV, and it's like the saddest thing ever, right? Oh, yes, no, it's terribly sad. But like, that's the thing I think about with old people. I'm like, they're probably just crazy. Like, just let them watch their Bob Barkers and stuff.

23:30

Oh my god, QVC.

23:31

Yes, right. Oh, let them watch that.

23:33

One of my grandmas was one of those old people that watch QVC.

23:37

Did she buy anything from it?

23:39

Yes, no, but subscriptions. They can buy subscriptions of products like makeup and things. And oh my god, she she passed away, and she would still get her subscriptions at the [expletive] house.

23:51

This is haunted.

23:53

So my poor mother had to call and be like, stop sending them, she's dead.

23:57

And they're like, We're gonna need identification for you to cancel this. We're like, we're gonna need a picture of the things holding to the case.

24:04

We need um POA, we need medical power.

24:06

Like, yeah, right crazy. Just to cancel a makeup subscription. Thanks, QVC, for that. Well, seriously, though, if you want to sponsor now one presents, now would be the good time.

24:17

Change our mind.

24:18

Change our mind about yeah, prove us wrong about you, QVC. Prove us wrong.

24:22

Prove us wrong, you're not robots. Prove us wrong, you're not you're not reptilian people inside human skin uh scamming old people.

24:29

Yeah, QVC, prove that. Thank you. I don't think you could. How are you? Oh, we're doing we're doing good. We're doing good. Okay, so um so that let's just change gears because the paper has us changing gears, and I have no good way to transition that. So [expletive] it. We're just gonna transition. Deal with it.

24:48

Yeah.

24:49

Yeah.

24:50

Oh, so things that ruin stuff for other people.

24:53

Everything we talk about.

24:54

My biggest um complaint is spouses. Yeah, I'm talking about you, Megan, who ruin like moments from your childhood. Uh, mine specifically is a childhood movie. [expletive] you, Megan. And it's uh called Robot Jocks.

From 25:00

25:08

You heard it first?

25:09

Yeah, lock it in. You heard it, and it's Robot Jocks, and you know what you did, but I'm gonna explain it to everybody else. So, Robot Jocks, I watched it probably no, no joke, at least 500 times I've seen this movie. Okay, if it was on VGHS and like the or VHS and the the tape broke. I played it so many times, that's actual thing, it can happen. And so I finally got it on DVD and I loved it. I show nobody this movie because I'm scared now after what [expletive] Megan did to me, where she's watching this sweet action scene and like it's a dude fighting a chick, it's whatever, and she's like, Hey, that chick has a mustache. I'm like, what the [expletive] are you talking about? You know?

25:09

So I pause it and rewind it, and sure as [expletive], the stunt double they used for the chick has a mustache. No a big old [expletive] broom right there on the yeah, right on the man, yeah, it was a man, unless the woman had a thick burly mustache, like Tom Selleck or something.

26:03

She she told you.

26:04

Yeah, she pointed it out. I've never noticed it. The 490.

26:08

Was it like a quick turn too, like the stunt double? And then it was like in the the caterpillar was in the frame.

26:13

It was like one fight scene and they do a flip or something, and then like she made me pause it and go back and a big old [expletive] mustache on this chick. It wasn't even a chick anymore, it was a dude stunt double and ruined it, ruined the whole movie.

26:24

She'd write the production company.

26:26

Well, I'm sure they went out of business, it wasn't a very popular movie, but it's you know, it's my childhood, you know, and she ruined it. I did it get ruined from that because now that's all I can see. Yeah, it takes me right out of it. Because like that's not a lady. Like now, anytime we watch it, we get to that point. I I try to leave and like not watch that, or if it's on, I just point it out right like, oh look, Megan, look, there's the [expletive] mustache.

26:47

You glad you didn't see that? So you've you've watched it since.

26:50

Well, yeah, it's still my favorite movie. It has a really good storyline.

26:53

How often do you watch it?

26:54

Um not as often now, but before Corvin came along. So, like nine years ago, I'd watch it at least once a month. Just stay fresh on it.

27:03

When like have he has he seen it?

27:06

Uh, I think he watched it one time and he liked the fact that they battle over territories for things like lumber and oil. And after that, yes, and after that he left. He was uninterested in robot battles.

27:18

Oh, okay. Yeah, it was like a double whammy then, huh?

27:22

Yeah, it broke my heart twice over. And then I'm pretty sure he came back at one point and he's like, Hey, that chick's got a mustache.

27:29

Oh, yeah, by the way, dad, that chick got mustache.

27:32

Right. He's like, I've seen it the first time I watched it. How could you not see it? It made me he always makes me feel like an idiot. It's no.

27:38

Isn't that like a kid's job though?

27:39

Especially his job.

27:41

Yeah, yeah, I think that's kids' jobs.

27:43

But like, has there has anything ever happened to you where like a significant other or a friend, like you're trying to open up your heart and show them a piece of like a piece of you, you know, and then they blatantly just [expletive] [expletive] on it and crush it into the ground where it's not enjoyable anymore.

28:00

Probably, probably a lot, right? But like my thing is like I'm gonna put that away and never think of it.

28:07

Again, yeah, and just bury it down.

28:09

Yeah, bury it deep down.

28:10

Oh, I shouldn't have done that with a blue box.

28:12

But the thing is, I don't remember. So it doesn't hurt.

28:15

Oh see, my memory's sharp, especially when someone like hurts me, Megan.

28:21

I'm bitter, like I'm told yeah, see, like I'll be bitter about things, but like, uh, whatever, [expletive] it. Two at the same time. Does that make sense? No, I totally get that.

28:30

But like still in the back of your head, you have that resentment for some reason. It'll pop up, right?

28:34

Oh, yeah, I'll like I'll remember probably later today, and I'll text, I'll text Nate and be like, he [expletive] said this to me.

28:40

Right.

28:41

I'll remember.

28:41

And like that was like four years ago, and still remember it like it was yesterday.

28:45

Yeah, like how dare, how dare my significant other like other people before me. First of all, if we're gonna start, yeah. What the [expletive]?

28:54

So rude. Yeah, so I mean I'll remember. Right.

28:56

But right now, it's whatever.

28:59

Yeah, you got a lot going on. There's shiny lights on your face and a microphone, and it's hard to think straight right now. Like, I can barely do it.

29:05

Yeah.

29:07

Okay, okay. Now, what was the one you brought up for this? Oh. For things that ruin stuff for other people.

29:13

I don't know if like it ruins stuff for other people, but I've always wondered, like, remember when Rage Quitting was like really popular?

29:18

Yes. I watched I loved it. Was it Q W O R P one, the Quarp game where like you have to run and use the legs? It was on that rooster teeth channel.

29:28

I yeah, Michael would play it or whatever, and like you'd scream all the time, and like, I really liked it. But now if I watched it, I'd be like, why?

29:35

Right, why are you so upset?

29:37

Why do why why are you so angry? What's wrong?

29:40

No, I couldn't. I totally understand that because I get upset. Like when Fortnite first came out, I was like playing that a lot on PC. Like, hey, I admit it, whatever. But like I was getting like the sweaty palms and [expletive] when I got down to like the final five people, and I'm like, oh my god, oh my god, you know, like it's just a [expletive] game. But I'm like, But you get mad and like scream. Oh yeah, as soon as like a guy hiding in a bush sniped me, I threw my controller on the ground. I was like, [expletive] this game, [expletive] you, [expletive] everyone around here. Like the dog came in, you know, and I'm like, [expletive] you, and like pushed him down.

From 30:00

30:10

Push the dog.

30:11

Yeah, I pushed the dog down, but then he he like got up and looked at me, like, oh my god, what's going on? I'm like, don't you get up and I pushed him down again, you know?

30:18

You I but I definitely but why did we like watching people do that? Like people still do it, right? There's like this really popular guy who does it still, and he like gets all [expletive] pissed off.

30:28

Is there?

30:29

I think so. He's got like blue hair or something. I don't know what his name is. It's all a meme about it.

30:34

The blue haired guy, I think, is that ninja guy, right? Speaking of Fortnite. No, always looking for sponsors.

30:39

Always looking for sponsors. This dress is from Dolls Kill. You want to sponsor me?

30:47

Always looking out there.

30:49

I'd like the texture.

30:52

Nate knows a lot about dresses.

30:54

Yes, he does, right? Anyway, probably not. But why did we like watching those people? I don't know. Because like now when I think about, oh my god, that's so cringy. Like, why did I like seeing this man get sweaty and like scream at a screen? And he wasn't even like Michael, I don't think even recorded himself back then when he did them.

31:09

Was it more like was it the idea that it was like real, you know? Like we had real angry, right? Like this guy's really upset, and he's actually showing emotionally.

31:16

We wanted something real, right? We didn't want to be glossed over, we wanted to see some real [expletive].

31:20

Right. And it just so happened the rage was the real thing, and then like it got to a point where like, okay, nobody's that upset. Like the guy who was upset that his dad threw away or deleted his Warcraft account or something, and they took his remote and shoved it in his butt or whatever.

31:32

Like nobody was that upset.

31:34

You know what I'm talking about. You've seen it.

31:35

Damn.

31:36

Yeah, like nobody's that upset.

31:37

Is he upset or just frustrated?

31:39

No, he was like raging supposedly, but nobody's that upset where he's like banging a bed and then he grabs the remote and he's like, ah, you know, nobody's that upset.

31:46

Something or at least I've never been to something's not right there.

31:49

No, I don't think that so now I think it's getting like too played out, you know, like people are raging on purpose because it's funny or whatever, and now it's kind of like dying down, right?

31:58

So is that gonna happen with like unboxing videos?

32:00

I I don't know. There's something about opening up a box, like that's ingrained in childhood, you know, like Christmas. You know, you wake up like, oh, so that'll never die, but rage quitting, it's right, it's dead. Or like the movie seven, you know, what's in the box? You know, everybody always wants to know what's in the box.

32:13

Yeah. That was a good movie. You didn't like that movie? Yeah, I really like seven.

32:18

Oh, okay. Everyone loves everyone loves seven, everyone wants to know what's in the box. So I think that's unboxing videos are here to stay. Uh look out for Nat One Presents unboxing videos. Oh, seven editions where Nate will just scream, What's in the box? What's in the box? And then we open it up and we're like, oh, we don't know what's in the box.

32:33

You should order like random stuff from Amazon and have it sent, and then what you can do is open it.

32:37

Oh, we can totally make that a reality if more people would subscribe to our Patreon. It's just a dollar. If you want to see us actually have right now, they would just be empty boxes. We're not gonna lie to you.

32:46

That's also funny. The the value is there as well.

32:49

Maybe we should do that and guilt people into our Patreon. Be like, what's in this box? Like, oh, it's nothing, it's air because air is free, because you haven't been giving us any dollars, and it's just a dollar. Like, get on it. How dare you!

33:02

So if they donate, does that take out like 15 cents for using the service?

33:06

I don't know how that works. Nate, Nate runs all the numbers. I am here to smile and wave. Um, kind of like, you know, you're from a small town, yeah, like the you know, like the cheerleader queen or whatever is on the back of the car, and she's like smile and wave. Like, that's me. I'm that's what I bring to Nat One. Like, I bring pregnancy scares and good times all around, and cheers to Nat 1%.

33:28

We don't have time to unpack all of that, but that's good to know.

33:32

That'll come in the unboxing video. We'll unpack all of that.

33:35

It'll be unbox the pregnancy tests.

33:38

Like, ooh, digital is nice. Okay, um, hold okay. I lost train of thought being the queen bee.

33:46

Oh, yes.

33:47

Okay, okay, okay. So, last category of the day. Yes, things that are lame but shouldn't be. Okay, and the first one I brought up are bad superpowers. I want to see more. Like the X-Men universe, like all we see really are people with cool, awesome powers, right?

34:06

But don't they get the vaccine or whatever it is, or they just die?

34:09

Why we gotta be plugging the vaccine right now? These are trying times here in 2021. And I don't wanna be, I don't even want to talk about a vaccine right now. This is a non-political channel stuff, and you're gonna bring up politics on that one presents. We're not we were talking about mutants.

34:22

Yeah, I'm sorry, buddy. Did that trigger you?

34:25

A little bit, a little bit. So it's okay.

34:27

Okay, well, no one's gonna hold you down and make you take it, okay?

34:30

It's not what I've been told.

34:31

Oh is that a reliable news source?

34:35

Who really is? No, we're not gonna go off on this tangent. You're not gonna lure me off into this tangent. We're sticking to superpowers.

34:43

Go ahead.

34:43

The bad ones. Yeah, okay. Now, do you watch the episode of uh it was a family guy one where everybody got super cool superpowers except for Meg.

34:50

What was her power?

34:51

Her power was the grower nails long.

34:53

I think I did see that.

34:54

Okay, she's like shh, and they're like, oh, what a dumb power. And then she scratches someone. He's like, ah well, he has like bone claws that come out, and then they've been covered with adamantium, but like hers were just her fingernails got long.

From 35:00

35:05

Oh yeah.

35:05

Like that's lame.

35:06

Have you seen the the women who have their hair their nails like super long like that?

35:10

Yeah, and they get all twisty and stuff. That's disgusting.

35:12

Oh yeah.

35:13

Like, think how dirty, like how like I don't mean to get extremely graphic audience, but like how are you going to the bathroom with nails like that? Like, it doesn't even make sense.

35:22

They got a bidet.

35:23

Do you you think how do they twist it? Like, because like I have one's probably just a button.

35:28

They use your little no, I have one, it's a little twisty knob, you know.

35:30

Like you just use your knuckles like so we've de-evolved because you want foot-long, twisty, curly nails that you're no longer using like that much of your fingertip. You're just gonna use your knuckles like an eight person.

35:41

Well, yeah.

35:42

Hold on, I'm gonna try to roll a dice. It works, but it's terrible.

35:48

That's funny. God damn it. So, what do you mean? It's perfect.

35:52

No, it's awful.

35:53

I don't twisty nails.

35:54

Okay, how are they gonna make a how are they gonna make a sandwich? They're like their fingers are all duh rolled up.

35:58

They have somebody do it for them. They're famous. Duh.

36:01

No, I've seen just normal people with nails like that. And it's awful. And they're all dirty and yellow, and who knows what kind of stuff they're doing.

36:07

They're not normal.

36:08

How do we get on this from superpowers? Is what I want to know.

36:12

Well, you're talking about X-Men. Right.

36:15

No, no, no. Okay, so the the thing is we have a good time. Right. Uh it's just a dollar. [expletive] get it. Um, so bad superpowers. I want to see more of it. Everybody has a cool power, and I want to see in movies and stuff, like the more lame power people. Like, um, have you ever watched um god dang, what was it called? Was it superhero high school? It was a Disney movie. You know what I'm talking about? He knows what I'm talking about. So you know what? Put him in a [expletive] seat. What are we doing here, Steph?

36:47

I was gonna talk about my hair academia and like the people have their powers, but that's okay.

36:51

But we're gonna I'm gonna talk about that one because I know that one better. So there's a kid who just glows. You know? Come on, stay with me.

36:58

It's like Bob's burgers, he's like the glow worm thing.

37:00

Yes, exactly. That's all he does, is he just glows, and there's another kid who just turns into a puddle. Like, I want more of that. You know what I'm saying?

37:07

Yeah, do you I could vibe with that?

37:09

Okay, yeah. You have any thoughts?

37:11

What would be your lame power?

37:12

Oh, if I had a I've guaranteed I guarantee it with how my life is. If everyone all of a sudden got powers, mine would be the [expletive] lamest power ever imaginable. I don't know, like long, fluttery eyelashes, probably. Like my eyelashes would just grow out.

37:25

Could you fly?

37:26

No, I wouldn't even be able to fly. It would just hinder me. I would just make a slight breeze on like sweaty people's necks, you know? They'd be like, oh, where's Nate at? And be like, oh my god, here I am. And like that's all it would do.

37:35

And then be like on like a studio set, like fanny.

37:38

Right, and that would be my only job. They'd be like, oh, what a gentle reprieve from the the hot air in here, yeah. Be like, thank God for that guy, and I'd be like, just doing my job, you know?

37:48

Yeah, exactly. Yeah, I like that. I would love to I wish we had super super uh powers.

37:55

Oh, if you it doesn't have to be a [expletive] power, but if you had to have a superpower, what would it be? Because I can tell you right now while you're thinking about it. Right?

38:03

Like something awful.

38:05

Like bad?

38:06

Yeah, I'd probably be a villain. Oh, absolutely, I'd be I'd be a villain. Like guarantee. Oh yeah. I'd I'd be like, I don't know.

38:13

I don't know.

38:13

Like something like invisibility or super strength. I would just use it for evil.

38:17

You think chaotic evil. You want like something that basic though? Like, really think about it. Like you could have the most advanced superpower, like it can be in-depth, and you can write like six paragraphs about it. What would it be? Because right now I can I'll tell you that mine is like I want to be able to control electricity, all electricity want to be able to control it. That means I have the ability to control people as well because of the electrical impulses in your brain. Like, I've thought about this for a long time, and it's not because I work with electricity all day, every day, because we all know how I feel about my job, right, folks at home.

38:17

And but it makes me think like if you can control that all the time, like if I could just out of uh the light socket right now, like broom, absorbing some of my hand, yeah, and then just shoot it out, like [expletive] on uh uh Avatar Last Airbender, like I'm redirecting it, you know, like boom, boom, you know? Right.

39:06

I would either want like waterbending, like how like super power, like that, like where I could bloodbend.

39:12

Yes, I say that all the time.

39:13

But like also like for survival would be pretty cool. Or like, yeah, like what is it when you can move stuff with your mind and like control telekinesis?

39:23

I would want that, right?

39:25

Ooh, that would be cool.

39:26

Because you know what's like what's really powerful to see in like you know, in Star Wars and stuff when they like force lift and then they crush it.

39:32

Like if you play the games called like the move called force crush, yeah. They just lift people up and just crush their body in it.

39:38

Yeah, that says something. That's a statement.

39:39

That would say, you know, I could see that. Like if you're just in a mall or something and you feel like you want to be like a total Karen, but this time Karen has all the power.

39:46

Like, how much mannequin and she's gonna crush it so she can speak to that manager?

39:50

Oh, I was gonna say she crushes the manager. She's like, I am the manager. See, this is where we get a little bit different.

39:55

Maybe I would be like chaotic good.

39:57

Oh, okay, not necessarily all the way too.

39:59

I don't think I'd be evil. I chaotic good, because like I want to cause chaos, but like I don't want to just like hurt people to hurt people.

From 40:00

40:04

You don't think?

40:05

No. Maybe bad people.

40:07

Because if you're that powerful, do you think you would be like uh the blue guy in Watchmen was Dr. Manhattan? And like you're just so powerful that everybody else is just ants, you know. Like if someone's in your way, you're like, you know what, snap your fingers, the guy just explodes into a mist. But would would it really bother you anymore? Or like that movie Lucy with Scarlett Johansson or whatever. But yeah, but do you feel bad stepping on an ant?

40:30

Sometimes.

40:31

Do you really?

40:31

Not when they bite me, but yeah, sometimes. Okay. I stepped on a snail once because I wasn't looking and I'm not sure. Oh my god, you monster! See, what's the difference between a snail and anthem? Well, French. Oh, thanks, James.

40:43

French people eat snails.

40:45

But they I accidentally stepped on one and I didn't boil it and eat it.

40:49

You know, I'm not seeing the difference.

40:51

Okay. So French people are bad. That's what he just said.

40:55

Well, nobody in France watches our show.

40:57

I know that all you're talking about.

41:01

We but seriously, uh bonjour, uh Patreon, one American dollar. There you go.

41:08

We wee. Okay, so okay. Next croissants, actually. Did you really? Yeah, I did.

41:17

God, are they good?

41:19

Yeah, they're from Costco.

41:20

Oh, those are pretty good.

41:21

Yeah.

41:23

Okay. So okay, next step, next step, number, number, number eight here on our list. Astrology. You brought this one to the table.

41:31

Yes. I so I love astrology because I love the stupid [expletive]. It lets me like get away with like, well, I'm a Pisces, so it just means I'm a sad [expletive] and I'm really emotional. So I'm like, yeah, that's why I'm that way. Um, but then like I just can't, I can't, like, I where do you learn? Where like where do you learn these things? Like, where do you learn that your planet is this and your sign is like your your night sign or whatever it's called? Like, I just can't get into that.

41:56

Right. Like the the the roots behind it. Yeah, like that's the right thing. Like, was it from like the Celtic witches back in the day who were looking up at the stars and be like, Yeah, oh well, that's obviously aligned with that. So that makes you an [expletive]. And they're like, Yep.

42:07

All her has look like this. Right. I mean, that's trending right now, like on TikTok.

42:12

I can totally see that. And they're like, Oh man, why is this guy such a jerk? And be like, well, one old lady who's kind of crazy already is like, Well, what month was he born?

42:19

You know, and you believe her because you want you want a reason. Right. You want that.

42:23

And then they tell you the month, and they're like, Oh no, that doesn't add up. What week in that month was they were they born?

42:30

Right. What what what tons of things?

42:32

Was there a crow calling when they were born? Like, let's all add this all together, why that person equals an average.

42:37

Scroll the bones, right? And we'll see what lands. Because I use that sticks, it's good.

42:41

Right. I use that all the time because I'm an Aries. So, like, I guess you could say, like uh strong-willed or whatever, uh a jerk, arrogant. I totally have uh all of those, you know, within me. So like I get it. I use it. Like some people judge me for it. Like, I like to do tarot cards because it's just fun, right?

43:01

I don't know what I'm doing, but I love looking at them, right?

43:03

They're really cool, like something painful stuff. Like it's all really cool stuff. Hold a card, right?

43:07

I guess that's me today. Death, not today.

43:12

You sure? Because death can mean different things, like it can mean like the what does it mean if you pull it upside down? Do you play with the reverse tarot? Because like I've always been told you don't play with a reverse tarot. Like you always like the card is just the card.

43:23

See, I don't know.

43:24

They have so many options already.

43:26

Like there you go. There's just so much.

43:28

Like the old school readers or whatever, don't do the reversed because there are already so many options. So the card is just the card, it is what it is.

43:34

Okay, so death.

43:35

Right. So that's like uh death's not necessarily bad, it's the the cycle, you know. Like it could yes, it costs me rebirth, you know, things like that coming up. It's all about how you take it. So I always look at things as glass half empty because I'm not a positive person. So when I get the death card, I'm like, that's it, someone's dying. And I look at the dog and I'm like, I hope it's you.

43:53

Why do you hate your dog so much? You're pushing him down, and he's like, Please, dad, stop. What's going on here? I

44:00

I love my dog.

44:00

Yeah.

44:01

If you're watching pickles, I hate you.

44:04

Yeah.

44:07

Don't worry, dogs can't be patrons, so I don't really care.

44:09

So do you so you commit to astrology? You're all about it?

44:12

I like the idea of it, like you said, but I'm not gonna really get into it, get into it like a weirdo. Like I'm not gonna have crystals.

44:18

I want to be a cottage core girl and like have all my little crystals and like live in nowhere and just little fairy.

44:24

Have them like wrapped with silver, and then like that's gonna contain the spirit because like if you read up on that, it like quartz contains or can hold spirit energy, like a battery, and then if you use silver around it, it acts as a superconductor to bring in more spirits into the quartz. Like, yeah, I that sounds dangerous.

44:39

You think I don't want a lot of ghosts in my house.

44:41

Like, what if you get Jack the Ripper or something?

44:43

Yeah, I don't know.

44:45

Now I'm really interested. I'm probably gonna go home and make me one of these ghost batteries now because that sounds like a good thing.

44:50

I remember watching this really late thing of a ghost hunter, and they you know what they used for their reading? They're like to to hear it. It was like an iPad, it was like it was like uh some iPad program, and I was like, damn, you have a show?

From 45:00

45:03

Because I got that's cool. I got that before too, where they're like, hey, you want to go ghost hunting with us? And I was like, Oh [expletive], yeah, I do. That sounds like a great sounds like a great time. Yeah, we're doing okay. Got way to ruin my story.

45:17

No, like that sounds like I'm gonna listen to this.

45:20

Like that sounds like a great time, you know? And then all of a sudden they're like, This is what I use, and they pulled up their iPhone and they're like, it's just an app on the iPhone. I'm like, you just killed it. Like, I was all excited. Why did I come out here? Right. Like, I thought you were gonna have some contraption that you made from a wooden box with wire sticking out of it and like a dead person inside of it, you know?

45:37

It's no phasmophobia.

45:39

What else we got? Um steampunk. Steampunk. I love steampunk. I absolutely love it. Like it's my favorite thing in in the whole wide world. Like, it's up there. Okay. Like, what do you know steampunk?

45:53

Yeah, the little glasses, goggles.

45:55

See, that's what everybody says it is because that's what the is available at Target.

45:59

Cool machinery thing, like Legend of Cora, right? Yeah. Like everything's all steamed.

46:03

Yes, empowered by steam and super cool, and now everyone's dialing it down. It is cool, it's awesome. I love it. But then when you can go to Walmart and buy a hat and all the hats come with goggles already on it, it like takes away from it, you know, and it's not fun anymore. Like, I don't like that, and it really pisses me off.

46:17

It ruins it for you.

46:18

Yes, totally. And it's all plastic and gross, and then like Yeah, I don't like the cheapness of it, right?

46:22

Yeah, the devaluing. But anything that's like successfully interesting gets devalued, right?

46:26

That's true, right? But I I miss like if this is like becoming so popular and they have all these costumes for it, like, where are the good movies? You know, like where are the more books? Like, I have a bunch of steampunk books already, but they're actually hard to find good ones, you know what I'm saying? Like, so if all this stuff is coming like mainstream, as they say, where is it, you know, in like our movies?

46:47

Right, it's on Etsy somewhere.

46:48

You think there's someone shop making goggles and [expletive] out there, probably making more money than that one presents.

46:54

Probably they have patrons paying more dollar.

46:58

I know, right? For their stupid goggles and top hats.

47:03

But they're real, it's a real leather, probably. You think probably I doubt it.

47:07

Nobody's got real leather. Like, they don't buy that kind of stuff on Etsy. Like they want faux leather, they want all vegan stuff on Etsy, like like that's been to Renaissance Fair. I love Renaissance Fair. They got the real stuff there. They do. Like, we have to throw the axes at Renaissance Fair.

47:22

The what?

47:23

The axe throwing at Renaissance Fair. I've never done that. I got a certificate. I'm kind of a big deal. Like, it was one of my uh shining. It was a shining moment in my life because like I hit the little heart and I'm like, oh, I got a certificate.

47:34

Were you wearing your goggles?

47:36

No, though when we go to Renaissance Fair, me and Corbin wear kilts, and that's about it.

47:40

Cute. Yeah, they match, yeah.

47:42

The same, yeah.

47:43

Matchy, matchy, yeah.

47:44

We're super cool, very cool. He's cooler than me, it's whatever. Okay, last one. Here we go. Oh what are you bringing to the table?

47:50

E-girls and OnlyFans.

47:52

Okay.

47:52

So, okay.

47:54

Why are you upset? What's up?

47:55

I'm not upset. I mean good for them, but also god damn it. Because you wanted to jump in on that first, and now it's like I've heard that once you do it, you can't do anything else, right?

48:06

I don't know about that.

48:07

Once you once you do that, you can't do anything else. Like you're you're not ruined, but like you can't jump into another industry as a professional.

48:13

It's hard. Yeah, I call shenanigans on that. Because look at like a Kim Kardashian, you know, she has that movie out there, and then now all of a sudden she's like doing stuff, you know.

48:22

I think that's different. I think normal people you think? I think normal people, it's a little different.

48:28–48:48

[Editorial omission.]

48:48

No, but like good for her. Like it's like it's like when you see when you're driving and you see someone jogging on the side of the road because they want to get fit, and you're like, good for them, but also [expletive] you, because you won't like you're not gonna do it.

48:59

Oh, definitely not, yeah.

49:00

But you're like good for them. That's how like I kind of feel, right? Right? Like, in the same, like, but they use like TikTok and now everyone like kind of is her rip-off. Not like her rip-off, but they like look like her.

49:11

Right. They all got that, like, yeah, like the thing. Because they want to get into that market.

49:14

They want to do it.

49:15

I mean, I would dye my hair pink, but like it's actually probably the same market that watches us.

49:20

Yeah. Well, I mean, no offense to the fans. Yeah, good for the phone. No, good for them.

49:23

We appreciate you guys.

49:24

But also, like, do you ever feel like it's just like too much?

49:27

You think I don't know because it's not like in your face or anything. Like, there's no like ads on my Facebook, like, hey, like, come check out Bella Delphine's new XXX rated video.

49:37

Yeah, but they don't do ads like that anymore. For like it's just like TikTok videos, and then people are talking about her tweets, and it's just like it's kind of like a social marketing almost, right?

49:47

Like everything's like circular, like it's just like you need to do this PG friendly thing, and that'll get you to the X-rated stuff, and then back over to the PG.

49:53

Yeah, right.

49:54

Get 'em in Young kind of deal. Like uh, like mini brands. Right.

49:57

I'm pretty sure that mini brands, like I love them because I love the little little minis. It's great. But then also at the same time, like, did they make these so they can indoctrinate children earlier into buying brand only?

From 50:00

50:08

Right. I think it's true. Riddle me that. Huh? Riddle me that. Yeah. Shenanigans. Like, this would be the same thing as back in the day when they had uh cigarette advertisements and they would all put them low where the kids can see and be like, oh, look at that camel, he looks like fun. Right. He's having a good time in his leather jacket on his motorcycle. Like, I want to be just like that camel smoking cigarettes.

50:29

That's what I made. Like I told my husband, I was like, so they made toys of their brands to kind of indoctrinate kids, the not in the same instance or severity that you know camel did their camel whatever like to get kids to interest it into cigarettes.

50:44

Or like the candy cigarettes.

50:45

But we love them. I mean, I don't love cigarettes, but we love like mini brands.

50:49

Right?

50:49

Yeah.

50:51

So much fun.

50:53

Uh so yeah, OnlyFans, good for you. Proud of you, keep it up. Uh, it's a good thing because you don't have to go to a strip club and be like a stripper. Like, that's also cool because then you can make a video and then like you could have 10,000 people watch it, and that's like an hour of your time. Whereas if you go to a strip club, you only see like 10, 20 people. Your market is so much bigger now. So, like, good for you.

51:15

Right.

51:16

That's lit. You're welcome.

51:18

Yes, lit.

51:19

Yeah, lit.

51:21

The first time somebody said lit on Nat 1%. Lit.

51:25

I'm not even young, I'm old, so I don't know why I say those.

51:27

Or is it like an old soul kind of deal?

51:29

Probably.

51:30

I feel that.

51:30

I feel like I'm 50. Oh, I get that too. I'm gonna be watching QVC.

51:34

Are you gonna buy subscriptions?

51:36

Probably.

51:37

I don't judge you.

51:38

I don't care if you do.

51:41

Okay. So thanks for coming on to Net One Presents.

51:45

Thanks. I appreciate it.

51:46

I hope I had a good time.

51:47

Yeah, thanks. Me too. I hope people liked it because I feel like I'm pretty annoyed. Oh, yeah, we're gonna have a horrible time. That's okay. Um, if you didn't like it, let them know and I'll never come back.

51:58

Yeah, in the comments or in the Patreon. Sign up for the Patreon.

52:01

Yeah, sign up for the Patreon just to say, don't bring this dumb [expletive] back.

52:04

Right. Be like Steph, Steph, who? But then uh seriously, write the comment of you want to know the legality issues of the Viking funeral because I think we all want to.

52:13

We'll have to research it.

52:14

Because uh Steph is an expert. She said so herself.

52:17

Yeah, I'm an expert only because uh my husband was in the military, and so they give you the option to do that.

52:22

No, they do not, do they?

52:24

They give you the option to do that. I don't know if any other person can do that, though.

52:28

That is [expletive]. I want that as a civilian. I want that.

52:33

Buddy.

52:34

I missed out on my calling. Do my part. Do your part. Do my part. I'm done with it. We're done. Thanks for watching. Now one presents. We have all the socials. Go to all the socials. Um thank you. Sign up for the Patreon. It's just a dollar. How dare you!

52:51

Hey, do it to say [expletive] you to me or uh have me back.

52:54

Yeah, there you go.

52:55

A dollar. Come on, it's a dollar.

52:57

Good job. What a plug. You do better than me. I'm terrible at plugging myself, but seriously.

53:01

And dolls kill, if you like the way this looks on me. Maybe I'll wear it again.

53:10

Thanks, everybody.

53:11

Bye.

53:11

Bye.
